AI Impact Lab
Training plus hands-on building. Real ideas, clearer next steps.
Programme overview
AI Impact Lab is our flagship programme. One day of expert-led training is followed by two days of hands-on prototyping with mentor support, where participants build working AI solutions for real challenges in your organisation.
Teams leave with practical prototypes, a clear view of which ideas are worth developing, and the confidence to keep building after the programme ends. Implementation support is available for the ideas you choose to take forward.
This is the format for teams who want to learn and apply in the same room. Knowledge sticks because people put it to work straight away.

Frequently asked questions
What do teams usually build during the lab?
It depends on what is causing friction in your organisation. Common examples include customer support copilots, automated reporting flows, internal knowledge assistants, document review helpers, lead qualification workflows, and simple agents that connect existing steps. We keep the scope realistic so teams can build something meaningful without pretending a one-day prototype is a finished product.
Can you help afterwards if one of the ideas is worth taking further?
Yes. Implementation support is available as an add-on for the ideas you choose to continue with. It is not the main promise of the programme, but it is there if your team wants help turning a promising prototype into something safer, stronger, and easier to adopt.
What do you need from us before the programme?
A short scoping conversation is usually enough to start. We ask about the team, the work they do, and the little bottlenecks that keep coming up. If we use examples or sample data, we can keep them anonymised or synthetic so the session stays safe and practical.
