AI Foundations Sprint
From AI curiosity to confident daily use in two days.
Programme overview
The AI Foundations Sprint is a hands-on programme that turns AI-curious employees into confident daily users. No prior technical background is required.
Participants leave with a working understanding of how modern AI tools think, a personal library of prompts and workflows that match their job, and the judgement to know when AI helps and when it doesn't.
Every session pairs short, plain-English explanations with live exercises on the participant's own tasks, so the skills land immediately and stay in use after the programme ends.
What participants leave with
Use ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini confidently for daily work
Write prompts that produce reliable, on-brand output
Identify five to ten tasks in their role to automate or accelerate

Frequently asked questions
Do people need to be technical to enjoy this?
No. This is built for people who use a browser, email, documents, spreadsheets, meetings, and internal tools every day. We keep the language clear, move at a sensible pace, and make space for questions that people might otherwise be nervous to ask.
What group size feels best?
Smaller groups are lovely because everyone gets attention, but we can also work with larger cohorts. When the room is bigger, we split people into pods so nobody is just sitting at the back watching others practise.
Will the examples sound like our work?
Yes. Before delivery, we learn enough about your team to make the practice feel familiar. The examples should sound like the emails, reports, handovers, research, customer questions, or internal processes your people actually deal with.
